Can I set a savestate as frame 0 on emuator
I am fully aware that savestates on the title screen are forbidden, but are they allowed if I set one to frame 0 so that RNG isn't manipulated?

Well for resetting I have to do the hotkey "Ctrl+R" but for loading a state it is "S" It just save time so that I don't have to regrip my hands over and over again. Also, you weren't rude :)
