Changes:

• "60 FPS Swamp Clip" has now been added as a category. This category is simply a speedrun to see how quickly you can execute the swamp clip on 60 FPS
• Low% now no longer requires the minimum amount of coins to submit a run. You can now instead submit a run with any amount of coins, but runs that collected less coins than your run will always be placed above.
