I hoped for a much better time but just wanted to be under 8 hours

Between battle restarts, not knowing triggers, slow decision making, poor menu'ing and Guntz i can save a fortune of time which is nice.

My apologizes if there is bad audio feedback, if my intermittent mic'ing up was a bother and: I missed a few timer starts when i was playing due to having to start and stop the run over what felt like 2 weeks. I'll do better about it, I did stop all actions for what I perceived the missed time was (I do understand if this does not qualify my run)

I did have a BLAST doing this run, it was nice to culminate almost 30 years of playing this game with a Speed run and my 8 year old sat next to me a few hours of this run doing his first play through on the switch.
