@that1cl0ud better speedrun timer is probably the best option, simple to use and doesnt matter wether ur on mobile or pc.
@emmet_ maybe, seems like it works about the same as slush puppy's retime tool though
ultimately though, i'll have to wait for a response from @TheRemainingGuest to see what they do
how come, i dont see how it matters which way u retime it as long as its correct enough and the frames fit tight.

my 3 runs was awaiting verification for 1.5 FREAKING MONTHS LOL
since there was a huge update for Christmas this year, i've gone ahead and added all of the new SubEndings, along with the Christmas Ending 2, and the True Christmas Ending.
as stated by Groovy, however, neither of these count as the 53rd ending, and so the latter two endings will instead be listed
