To downpatch, copy the .exe and the latest .pak (so in this case 002.pak) and place them in a folder somewhere in case you want to go back to the later version.
You will have to find the .exe's yourself as I am not allowed to post them on here. Once you have got the patch's .exe, go inside the games install folder and delete re4.exe and the latest .pak (002 in this case) and replace the .exe with .exe from the patch you just installed.
- your install folder should now look like this https://gyazo.com/6384449fb6c08f691986420bb5c44fb3 and only have 000.pak and 001.pak (this is how to downpatch specifically to the patch before door clips were fixed)
