Just letting everyone know between me and Spec we made decisions with the board.

All categories are now split between Playstation and Xbox because of its varying differences.

Emulator is now going to be allowed and share a board with console. Emulator runs will also be split between Playstation and Xbox.

The board is finished and up to date. If anybody notices any discrepancies on the board feel free to reach out to me, as I'm the one who took care of editing the board.

As a last little note, IL runs will now be timed with milliseconds. ILs are also split between Playstation and Xbox.
