Hi everyone, I know I'm not super well known in the speedrunning world, but I wanted to reformat what was already here for easier readability or to add more information to pre-existing data. If you find this useful, then awesome! I do not claim to be an expert in this category, but I did a bit of research going into this as well as tested Zewing's methods for optimizing this category.

Right now it's in English, but in the future, I might translate this into Japanese. This took many hours to reformat and I hope you all enjoy!
