I was running Emerald using the old RNG manip and am trying to switch over to the new one with the Naughty Mudkip. I have gotten the Mudkip with all the correct signs according to Exarion's guide but 4 of the stats are all one lower. What could be the cause of this? Btw I play on emulator so idk if that makes a difference.

Emerald have Mudkip Naughty on frame 1022 this Mudkip have 28, 1, 0, 12, 13, 23 (IVs PV, Atk, Def, SpA, SpD, Spe) A god Mudkip for run is Naughty on frame 1026 with IVs 21, 23, 28, 30, 29, 29 :)
