I do not believe this would work. Based on knowledge I've gained from learning about the fewest stamps run, there is a minimum number of entrants each day. If you do not inspect the minimum amount of entrants, (which I believe is usually 9 with some exceptions) the day will not end despite what the clock shows. On day 29, the day Jorji gives you his passport, the day will not end until you have inspected 9 immigrants. Correct me if I'm wrong on this. :)
