Was not gonna submit it to Low% since on RS Low% is strictly LDC + Small Tele and no one ever submitted a clear Teleportless there, this one is different as that's exactly what's happened on seeded. For that reason, while not entirely guiltless I decided to submit the run as the WR for Seeded Low% is a Teleportless run anyway
