Are you trying to use Apex/Soapbox or offline?

I believe with Offline you can just jump right in after installing it.

If you are using an ''Offline'' client, there should be already an account so just press Start Server and Start Game.

Using Soapbox, if you have errors creating an Account or Logging in, you should join the Soapbox discord and ask for help.
