Came out of 6 with a very slim lead, then FINALLY got through 5 with The Good Fire, only to two-cycle the Crab and give back about ten seconds. Held just enough of a lead to absorb running against a really tough split for 7, and squeezed out a PB of just under two seconds. The blueprint for getting the sub-50 is coming into clearer focus...
