In my opinion the "Individual chapters" category should be done as Level Leaderboards instead. I'll let you set that up.

I like the way it is at the moment, because it's convenient. Also, since the game is lacking categories to begin with, we dont have to fear it being to cluttered.

what about any%, which would basically be doing the required 15 lvls each chapter instead all of them.

Do you think a 100% category could be interesting ? (100% meaning all levels + all secrets).
