When fighting the 10 crabs there is a chance for one of them to drop a ring called "The 1 Ring." Take that ring and bring it to Murloc standing next to Lekon (Grey Murloc) and he'll ask you to give it to him and once you do that he'll ask how he can repay you. If you ask for a little bit of silver he'll give you 2 silver IIRC while if you say his thanks are enough you'll get the weapon "Stingy" which deals 3-5 damage and sells for around 2 gold IIRC which should give you a little boost.
