Why is this even allowed in such a popular speed game? There's plenty of mods to go around, don't be selfish and WAIT for your run to be verified just like everyone else.

If you cannot trust mods verifying their own runs, then how can you trust them verifying others.

This is allowed by src if the game's community accepts it. The MM community fortunately does not have a cheating problem atm and so we currently allow self-moderation. Moreover, a lot usually stream their attempts, so it's less of a problem in this situation. Also, verification waiting time is usually very short even for long runs in MM. Mods could take much more time to verify than they usually do and still be within src's guidelines. I am not a mod, but if your run has been forgotten, mods will be glad to help you with the issue.
