Recommended Emulator setup:

• KEmulator nnmod by nnproject v2.17 and above (https://nnp.nnchan.ru/kem/)
• Make sure to cap the frame rate to 20fps (View -> Options -> Max FPS: 20)
• This step is mandatory for the 3D version and recommended for the 2D version

If the Settings Menus are not scaling correctly, open KEmulaor.exe's Properties, and click on "Change high DPI settings" in the Compatibility tab. There, enable "High DPI scaling override" and set it to "System" - NOT System (Enhanced).
