The second image would have been an image of a notitfcation with the rejection reason. I don't have this notitfcation anymore, I assume, and rejected support tickets don't show them on their pages. But in my exported data the rejection reason was "No.". And it was rejected by starsmiley on the 16th of July 2023 at 8:13:42 PM BST.
