It was today, I want to say about 5 hours ago. It ain't gonna be up yet, since it needs to be verified and everything.

Because verifiers & mods are real people and (surprisingly) don't have superpowers that allow them to instantly watch a video and find all the rules being broken (if any). Not to mention there are people whose runs are in the queue, who mind you, have definitely been waiting patiently for more than 5 hours.
