If not, would it be ok if i recorded the tv screen with a camera since i do have the game on my wii but i don't have a capture card. But i would much rather be able to play on dolphin emulator if it's allowed.

Hello Iankdadank. Sadly all emulators are banned. The way the game is played (wii mote and sensor bar) would give an unfair advantage to someone on a PC. Definitely hope to see runs from you though!
