Better category request: All levels after first ones are the same size. It can be used as category and it is fair coz' again: all levels are same. And speedrunning categories like 10 stages or even 1 stage is easier.

They are over 9999 level i think so how do you want to speedrun it?

Just complete 20 levels for example. From start to finish. All levels have the same size. For example: Start from 57th level. Ends on 77th level. It will be 20 levels and it will be fair for everyone. Even for over9999999th level.
