Play the last mission, skip the cutscene. Select Reach Complex and u will start on the last checkpoint at the end of the mission. ez trick.

Final Way Dialogue Skip

If you are playing Halo Zero on 1.6.3, you will notice that you can walk during the dialogue at the start of Final Version... This bug has been fixed by Dobermann since 1.6.4. This skip saves 6 seconds but you will lose 2-3 seconds on the whole level (on 1.6.4 or higher, Dobermann removed some boxes that slowed you down when you need to jump 2 times in a row). So in fact, Final Way on 1.6.3 is 3-4 seconds faaster than Final Way on 1.6.4 or higher.
