Ok so, this is really tight. I did multiple re-times to check and I kept getting in between 19:950 and 20:100. This time is based off of a re-time I did where I played the video at .25 speed (4x slower) and precisely timed from when the first prompt begins to appear, to when the finally screen first appears and calculated the time via dividing the time I got by 4 (the speed). That re-time gave me a 19:665. With that in mind and the previous re-times, I decided on 19:995. I hope this stays true and fair to the other runs as this is a very close record.
