So, I found out since my last run that you can combine Esc + mouse click to skip dialogs. I changed my "click route" a bit to be able to use both when possible as fast as possible. I also adjusted the pre-shot menus positionning.

I think it's still beatable by 3 or 4 seconds with this route, good luck to the next runner :D

For future runner, I played with a trackpad for the cursor + keyboard mouse keys ( '5' and '+' ), that's how I managed to click as fast as the previous WR (7:28).
