It doesnt work on level 1 because you cant pause the level If you go to the menu and go to level 1 it also wont work

Basically just before dying you can pause the game and restart, when you restart if you hear the death sound the glitch will work And upon falling down you should go to a death screen.

You know you CAN die on level 1 right? Just jump in the right moment and it falls to the spike.
