also, all chapter 2 runs have been retimed to be more in line with chapter 1's retiming rules, and all future chapter 2 runs will follow this. additionally, true ending chapter 2 has a new end frame, basically just turn on the speedrun timer and submit whatever time it gives you

as you may have noticed, the leaderboards for ch. 2 and all endings have gone down significantly. this is due to the fact that loads are actually different times for some people (thanks for discovering that whynoms), so loads are now timed out. this only applies to ch. 2 and all endings, not ch. 1 since that has its own in game timer. we will continue to do this unless a timer is added to ch. 2 and it pauses on ending screens.

despite the rules originally needing you to use 720p in your recordings, lower quality recordings will be allowed as long as they are still in 30 FPS if your run was rejected due to this, resubmit
