I don't really understand what's the difference between the both categories besides summoning, but as in the No Tools it says that you can't summon (I didn't plan to) but it doesn't talk about continues with Saint Quartz

I guess there is a runner who not use Saint Quartz. But I decide on No Tools and Singularity 6th Category last year, until now no runner in Japan. So I'm going to delete two Categories.
