Would I have to "uninstall" Redux in order to run categories or will Redux be allowed for runs?

I believe there is a way to have both versions installed. Runs on Redux will definitely not be allowed though since there's some major differences. If you wish to run Redux maybe you can look into adding it as a separate game in the series.
