60FPS has been banned, it's considered speeding up the game. For adding Debug Jevil, it looks like you need to experiment with it more, maybe put a run here later and I'll add it.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if I should or shouldn't, maybe if this mod/speedrunning it becomes more popular and if it's highly demanded then sure.
