That happened to me once, I just rejoined the game

you got flung up if you look closely, when i play it in very slow motion it is clear you were facing backwards and you must of moved before the cutscene ended and hit something which made you fly up in the sky, that explains why it seems like you were spawned in the sky and just started going up.

also when you randomly started looking in a different direction after the screen faded, that was what was in the cutscene which you reset in. the cutscene was still playing but the difference was you had control over your controls and you wasnt watching the cutscene due to reseting during the cutscene, which you did intentionally, i know that.
