No damage isn't a speedrun as such-- it's a challenge run really.

I don't see why we couldn't have a no damage category in misc but i don't see the point in having like 8 hour challenge runs on here-- Personal opinion.

Code veronica doesn't need category extensions like RE2/3 because this isn't a meme game. No damage% also isn't a percentage of the game. It's a challenge run. So unfortunately it won't be added
