Because people started to complain, that the rules meant you had to start the run when you starrt to walk, that made people cheat. To get 1s wrs. Thanks to @Fioresa (i think thats how to say it?) for making me relize, so the rules updated so when you start the game the time starts.

but kind of offended ya called my run cheating and put it in the rules. no biggie tho lol. 

just ya know a 1 second run was approved minutes before mine :p i just copied it. 

hard to call it cheating when the strategy was verified for another runner minutes prior. 

but glad the rules are fixed. thats the important thing.

You may be the mod if swintuz removes his (or her) own mod.
