Why the time ends when you collect all the stars and doesn't end when you complete the demo version of the game?

since there is a way to complete the game that could be the way to complete the run

The rules could change now but it seems redundant to do it now because it’s just the demo version of the game.

Also after the whole version of the game comes out new runners that don’t have the demo installed could still run the category by just collecting the collectibles instead of actually completing the demo.

you will still be able to install the demo after the full game releases

time should end when you finish the demo
