From today (27/05/2021) emulators are allowed for speedruns

Some changes were done to the Leaderboard

• 2 Full-game categories got deleted

  • Any% No secret exits Pacifist
  • Any% No secret exits Anti-pacifist Reason: Useless categories

• 2 Individual Levels got deleted Reason, Useless categories

• Edited Game rules, and all Full-game Category Rules

added two people to the leadeboard as moderators

@Drag0nSlayer (mod) and @Greenpigsarecool123 (verifier)

from now (17/05/2023) all runs require video but not verification, however, ill be checking this once a while to prevent cheatears or smth
