Go to your graphics card control panel and add a profile for the sst.exe and set the "virtual pre rendered frames" to "1" instead of the default .

Also I have watched a deep dive YouTube video on the topic of "low lag mode" in the same graphics card control panel and ACCUALLY having it turned OFF is better in most cases FYI . It only reduces lag if your PC CPU and GPU are maxing out 100% if they are under 100% usage it increases lag.
