No turbo usage with those that have that in their controllers. Emulators are allowed. Nestopia and FCEUX are recommended. If you're already using another emulator, then please use Nestopia/FCEUX instead, thanks. Please put in the comment section of the submission the version of emulator and which emulator you used.
