I compiled these notes talking to na2na on the Discord. Figured it might be a good idea to post them here to make it easier for people interested in running the category to figure out what's going on.

• Make sure you have Refresh Rate set to 60 Hz and Full Screen checked.

Increasing Jump Distance:

• Jump while holding the direction, slash three times, let go of the direction, hold it again, slash three more times.

Castle Gate Skip:

• Line up Adol's hair in the center of the vertical line of the gate that is one right of center. Do a double jump, then right after you start to fall, slash three times.

Fast Running: Push the right side of Adol's body at a certain angle to run faster.

Clock Tower Gate Skip:

• Get on top of the torch to get extra height.

Extended Jump Glitch (Very Easy only): Jump, hit F12 (saves your position), land, then hit F12 again (loading) then jump again. Repeat as necessary.
