Hey, I just read the rules ... I retimed this run to 15.47 (but im not sure how you do it in 60fps?)
Mod note: Retimed to 15s 217ms @ 60fps. Poggers
To retime, we take into account the fps of the video itself (yours was recorded in 60, others can be 30, etc). We have to know the fps otherwise the frame by frame timing can be inaccurate.

Patch 9.02 has brought the addition of a replayable tutorial, a much requested category for many eons. However, the Spike Planting and Defuse scenarios have also been removed.
