Exactly what @xenkaroshi said. A lot of Japanese runners used to stream or upload their runs on sites like NND, instead of YouTube or Twitch

That could work. Also lowering the bitrate in OBS will help. It will lower the overall video quality a little, but it will definitely help with the lag
Did you change your birthdate on Twitter? They've been doing that to people who's changed their birthdate (kind of dumb, but ye)

I would personally do it. I usually do either coinless or any%, so seeing a coinless% leaderboard would be quite nice!
It also depends on the game, how many players run it, and how many mods there are

Some games that are pretty popular (and somewhat easy to learn) are 'Super Mario 64' and 'Super Mario Sunshine'. Although speedrun a game that you yourself love!
