Escape Zone now makes you wait 3 seconds no matter what, besides Point of No Return.

Only requiring 75% of players, it can be used to decrease times more in multiplayer..

but adds +3 seconds in solo.

Should all solo runs pre 3.9.5 have 3 seconds added to its time besides shadow raid and ozela?

I've noticed in Normal and Nightmare in Shopping Spree the waiting time has changed to 4 minute wait for the helicopter.

Normal 3 --> 4 mins

Nightmare 5 --> 4 mins

reasonable to move not recent update runs to the old version?
