Keep in mind it says "host, distribute, or allow ILLEGIAL distribution of COMMERCIALLY owned games or ROMS" this is not commercially owned nor is it ilegial since the owner of the game is having a download on their website for free.

@Mars02 I feel like you're crazy. The OWNER of the game, lets you download it FOR FREE, and even if it wasnt, he isnt distrubuting any roms, just showing a website.

Im almost positive you can do both the 1-1 clip and full fpg FROM that clip in NTSC, not sure if it needs l+r

Try just pressing left for 1 frame, it changes the subpixels, so just keep going until you get lucky. Hope this helps.

Dang :( What do you mean accurate documentation, like the framerate and stuff matches? Because I know it runs at 60 fps, I already counted, but if you need proof then I can't really show you because I dont have a recording software currently that is 60 fps. I think I get what you mean, but I just want to be sure.
