ok thank you, sorry i should have specified what platform i was on. If i can work out how to get the splits on the video easy enough i will as i dont want to make your lives difficult, if not then i will just have to submit it without.

ok thank you very must, due to me not being able to record my xbox on my pc (i have to use the inbuilt capture option the xbox has), do you know how to record just the splits so i can add it over the video or would it be a matter of watching the run back on my pc and record it again with the splits ?

Hi im new to running and just wanted to check some rules so on the, "Jump down the ladders at sewers to skip climbing down" i assume it means you can drop from the ladder but not skip the ladder all together? and with "Jump over falling floor in female ward after reaching upper floor" i assume you have to run around the edge as the floor in collapsing?

Just wanted to ask as in some of the runs ive watched they are jumping over the floor in female ward not running around it, well thats if its the apart im thinking of that is.
