I'm working on a 4:54 TAS but i can't find anywhere the 8-1 fpg inputs.

I forgot to say its a TAS. For now my best tas is 4:56.3

i've done 1-2 without releasing the run button but when i get a full block inside the pipe and try to walk/run it pushes me away. Can someone send the inputs in text and not in video? Thanks.
