PC has a load timer remover built into LiveSplit so it's easier to time without loads but I believe Xbox is the slowest IIRC but I could be wrong on this.
Most likely is cause its load times aren't consistent or reflect the hardware the game came out on.
This isn't new, this is known as Down A. Runners use explosives with ladders to trigger the same effect.
Steam Deck is classified as a PC, Linux is just the OS it runs on. Though I'm not a moderator for the game, not rly a big needed to add Steam Deck as a separate platform (seen the question a lot around games that have a PC platform tag).
Game Rules state that the settings need to be default but I haven't ran on EMU for years so I'm completely out of my realm of knowledge for sure.
So noticed in the rules that it no longer mentions anything to do with mouse wheel binds, does this mean bhopping with mouse wheel jump is allowed now or is this weapon swapping rules still in place? Just thought I'd ask and bring back up incase any new runner was curious.
It doesn't trigger the user equipping it but I thought it would "equip" the sword to the B button when you go back from Adult when Child is swordless. I could be wrong on this.
If you look at the Run Submit form, it says that Emulators are banned
I thought Turbo controllers are banned.

Have you paused at any point in time during the lost woods path to the stone? Navi is on a timer and should appear at the same point in time every time the song is playing from either a New File or just after resetting the console.
I wonder if a tutorial this person found stated to press b then press plus immediately after instead of at the same time.

I know this game came out on Switch but was curious as to why it's not included as a platform selection.
The reason why they are separate boards is due to the 3D All-star runs where they beat all 3 games at once. I do think they should just combine all 3 games' separate boards to the OG boards but I can understand why they are separate.
So I was hoping to get into this game since I used to run LADX and tried making a premade file and then making a copy of it to compare against runs and the grunt sounds at the beginning are different everytime. I know that the manipulation would try to listen to the grunts Link makes at the beginning but am now confused if they even matter now if I've made a copy of the same file or if I'm making the pre-madd file wrong
They will probably add it as a platform select later, it just barely came out.
