They come with the bottle in some cases, and are specifically made to be like this https://imgur.com/a/ZXJ4HiX I think that they're an extension of https://imgur.com/a/NhT0D7J this sharpener with basically just an extended shavings holder. In my opinion they should be legal.

I like 1 and 10. 1 can be optimized as f, no fatigue, no jamming, etc. 10 can be the stamina run. 5 is a weird middle ground in terms of actually doing the run.

Would it be legal to attach the sharpener to the drill and feed the pencils into it, instead of the other way around?
