By launching the game through this application: https://github.com/DxWnd/DxWnd.reloaded , you can run the game in a Window. It is worth mentioning however that is locks your Refresh rate, preventing you from being able to do certain tricks and is generally just not recommended

If the load difference between psp and ds become an issue in the long term, the variables can be moved to separate subcategories but for now I would assume it is not a huge issue (especially with variable sorting being a thing anyways)

Yes having no splits is fine. You do not even need a timer as the moderators will retime the run anyways

You need to turn on Email Authentication

• I would recommend looking at the rules for the level to get any specifics on what is and is not allowed, it will all be there
• The run does not need to be streamed, just a recording is good enough.
• The timer does not need to be visible on the screen, the timer is more just for your personal use and is not required as the mods will retime the run once you submit it anyways.

For keyboard, I highly recommend going for a setup where you can fully control each player with one hand. For me personally for my player 1 I use WASD, E for special, LShift for action, F for switching, and space for jump. For player 2 you could just Mirror your player one on the other side of the keyboard .

I have had a similar behavior happen (Source: https://www.twitch.tv/wiisuper/clip/SlickTsundereEggSuperVinlin ). I think its caused by the Jungle Cutter entering the quicksand causing it to die instantly, however I have never been able to replicate it. Unfortunately it really wouldn't save much as you can kill it with your own jungle cutter very quickly but it is still some interesting behavior.

There are a ton of workarounds, but either way we are not going to be adding the category. In addition, just because a category is not on a leaderboard, you are still welcome to run whatever you want.

I wouldn’t consider prequels a practice category as it does offer a competitive value but anyway, the main reason there is not an OT category is because we found that there was no way to create an OT category without the rules being extremely arbitrary (eg. start on new game? Ng+? Are extras allowed or no?, etc) and figured to simply remove the category. Prequels was planned to be removed as well but given the sheer popularity of the category and the fact that the rules work for the category as well, we decided to keep it under the misc. tab. Either way OT is gone and won’t be back.

There are DS and Gameboy Advance versions of the game under the exact same game name that are on separate leaderboards (because the gameplay is completely different), and this just clarifies which version of the game it is.

This post is probably going to go unnoticed by the src mods. The best place to go to request moderation from an inactive moderator is this thread here: https://www.speedrun.com/the_site/thread/dueac . However, they will deny pretty much always if you do not have a pending run that has been pending for over 14 days (you might be able to get away without waiting the full 14 days since he is so inactive). They will not use the fact that you moderate similar games as a pass around that rule as well.

The mod for The LEGO Ninjago Movie Videogame (https://www.speedrun.com/lnmvg) has unmodded themselves and the game now has no moderators and I am requesting moderation, I currently have a pending full game run. Thank you

It is possible to do with your Refresh Rate on 60hz, but it is much easier on 50hz (or any lower number in your video settings). In addition, the angle is pretty important and there is 2 spots you can do it (one in my run, and the other one is in Scynor13's run)
