I propose a new category: "No Evolutions".
This category prohibits the use of all evolutions.
Other rules are the same as Any% and 100%. For example, the rules for No Evolutions Any% are as follows.

Timer ends on final hit to Pete.
Timer after the game is finished will be used until we have a load remover.
No use of all evolutions.
