I've been trying to find a solution for 6h straight, searched far and wide in every corner of google so I can fairly confidently say that there is no way of having a timer that don't count load time on linux.

Every solution out there are either too minimalist to include autosplit and game load remover or straight up don't work. In the rule it is stated that run that don't include a timer with load remover will be timed in RT with the load wich is just unfair when you don't run on windows. My understanding is that the game time is displayed under the save file (in the menu), couldn't that be used instead in the case of a run submitted without timer with load remover ?

(btw for anyone interested : my last hope was to run livesplit in the proton prefix of the game with steamtinkerlaunch, couldn't figure for the life of me how to make it work. If anybody out there know how to, I'd be very happy to learn.)
