I fixed it. You can now submit runs done on Android. I apologize for taking so long!

I have streamed AM2R for over a year now, and I haven't got any bans so far. Personally I think it's safe to stream it, given that the game is not even on Twitch's list of banned games. Especially if your stream is rather small you shouldn't worry at all.
