I just submitted a time trial time before seeing this thread (sorry). But will time trial runs be accepted right away since those arent affected by load removers?

There's differences in loading times across all the consoles, however a loadless timer is in development and will eventually be used so loading times don't count towards your run. For now runs are kept track of using in game time, just open the menu immediately after the run ends.
