I understand and follow the rule that we can only use PJ64 1.6 but why? Is there something bad with the newer versions?

Will we be getting practice mods or something of the sort for all 3 games? If so will they be all in one mod or separate?

For minimum captures 1 player is nut jump used? I was looking at the WR so I could try and follow it and they don't do nut jump. I was just wondering so I would know if I would need to learn it
